Our Appartement has always been a little different. Because we are personally and individually about our guests.We speak English.

Our location is ideal: on the Filderebene in Filderstadt-Sielmingen, 5 km to the airport Stuttgart and Messe Stuttgart, Musical, Stuttgart (ca.17 km).

We have 3 Apartments for 13 guests in the house. (2 x Zwo-Roomapartments, 1 x One-Romeappartment)

The Apartements are very nice, with shower/WC, kitchen and non-smoking rooms.

Parking, Wireless-LAN is for free.

Other: satellite TV in the flat, Minibar

The price include the cleaning (1xweek), towel, bed lenen

ca. 5 km to the Spa-bath Fildorado in Filderstadt-Bonlanden, you can swim, relax and have a lot of fun.

We have guests from India, China, Holland, Ungarn,...
